Career Objectives

My dream is to become a famous computer forensics superhero, to support litigations with computer evidences & eDiscovery, and to secure business operations by minimising IT risks. In order to reach this status, I would do my best to build up my reputation in IT and legal field.

In the near future, I plan to acquire hands-on experience and also to be certified. I am enthused to work with clients, conducting onsite investigations with different hardware & software forensic toolkits, preserving chains of custody, writing reports, team up with lawyers for court cases, as well as auditing information security policies for client businesses.

In long run, I wish to specialise and conduct research on live network forensic (a way to capture contemporaneous evidence which gives huge weight of merits to a case) and also the use of computer forensics and eDiscovery in arbitration.

I am a proactive Spiderman who love to connect people and utilise their capabilities to create something brilliant. I trust my intuition and my teammates.

I am creative, but not an unrealistic artist. I care every little technical aspect into detail and this behaviour enabled me to discover opportunities better and earlier. When I perceive something better can be achieved, I show and influence other people with my thoughts.

I also believe that honesty and integrity are the most important traits of my life. People don’t come back to me for no good reasons.

Experience Highlights

Business Management - I have 4 years of entrepreneurship experiences in running server co-location & IT consultancy business. My professional network began to grow in Australia and Hong Kong. I also developed my specialisation in information system management which focuses on cost cutting and better record keeping for SME by planning, implementing and maintaining open sources and affordable software solutions.

Information Technology - Experienced in co-location, hosting business, familiar with UNIX & Windows server administration, information system development (ERP, MIS, POS, CRM), web design, programming, database design, VoIP deployment, and various computer hardware and software systems. I have recently completed EnCase Computer Forensics training and my EnCE application is on the way.

Law - Currently studying as a part-time postgraduate student in a law school in Hong Kong, I am receiving up-to-date training exactly the same as every lawyer. Walking in lawyers’ shoes, I encompass a better understanding in their needs and also the legal systems as well as legal procedures in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and China.
