Founded in January 2006, Tekifuku IT & Networking was a Hong Kong based server co-location services provider for SME.

In year 2008, our core server hosting businesses were sold at a profit and restructured as an independent IT consulting firm. We focus on developing long-term strategic partnership with our business customers.

In year 2012, the company was renamed to Defoe Chan & Company.
