Defoe Chan, has founded the company in February 2006. Mr. Chan is a member of the Australian Computer Society and is a profession member of the Association for Computing Machinery. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree in eBusiness from University of Queensland. He is also pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from City University of Hong Kong and a postgraduate accountancy programme in Kaplan Financial. Mr. Chan is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and has associations with a number of professional institutions in Hong Kong.
